Robarra Fillet
with Baked
Aubergine, Soba
Noodle and Lime.

Cut and marinate baby aubergine, bake. Dust Robarra fillet in corn- flour, fry. Place fish on bed of marinated soba noodle, garnish with lime, sweet soy and chilli.
