Lance Vater, our Managing Director (left), presents the prestigious 1997 Robarra Epicurean Excellence Award to legendary Master Chef, Paul Bocuse of France. Paul was also our inaugural winner in 1994. For his outstanding contribution to the culinary arts, Master Chef Paul has recently been honoured with the coveted title: `Chef of the Century'.
