At our Robarra growout farm, our select management team painstakingly raise our fingerlings in a stress free environment of warm spring water which rises naturally from the aquifer at a constant temperature of 30°C. This free flowing spring water passes unaided through adjustable boom jets into the growout tanks providing the maturing barramundi with a constant exchange of pure warm spring water. The adjustable jets enable infinite management of the barramundi swim rate which, in turn, provides precise control of the flesh texture. Automated pumping and grading equipment enables us to guarantee our valued clients receive fish of specific size and weight, whether live or chilled.
