Quality begins before birth at the Robarra hatchery with the all important brood stock that have been reared from certified eggs. This long term breeding programme, coupled with selective culling, now provides us with the world's only certified barramundi brood stock. The strength of Robarra's aquaculture farm has been enhanced by the record breaking achievements in biology and hatching techniques of Andres Pérez, our own naturally gifted Hatchery Manager. All fingerlings, after certification by a P.I.R.S.A. approved Pathology Department, are transferred to our growout farm in our environmentally controlled transporters.
