Peter Jarmer is among the most decorated and respected chefs in Australia. He carries the distinction of being the first Australian chef of European cuisine to be honoured by the prestigious Paris based Escoffier Society with membership of the international 'Les Disciples d'Auguste Escoffier'. Peter is a respected authority on International cuisine and member of several judging panels.

When hosting the International Chefs Club 'Les Torques Blanches', or the International Food and Wine Club, 'Chaîne des Rôtisseurs', Peter relies on the pristine freshness and unique texture of Robarra to delight these esteemed connoisseurs.
