Walter Wagner

Swiss born Walter is Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Crown Entertainment Complex, with nearly 30 years experience.

As Executive Chef, Walter was involved in the opening of both the Hotel Hyatt Regency in Osaka and the Tokyo Bay Hilton. He has previously held Executive Chef positions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. His memberships include L'Académie Culinaire de France, and La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

'In developing the menu for the 28th World Congress Gala Dinner... Robarra Barramundi is presented on this special menu, as it is a unique world class Australian product consistent in quality and exceptional taste'.
